Quiet little place, I truly enjoyed pleasant personnel.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, central heating, and satellite TV in the suite. The service provided there was welcoming. The location was great, for example, Gare du Nord Railway Station was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Stayed at a decent size room with a very nice shower. This location was great and fab, not far from Metro and bus station.

The location is decent - nearby a subway station. The rooms are compact, with a very nice shower and the bedroom plus a beautiful patio provided.

Had a comfortable stay for weekend. The location was pleasant - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Area around had lots of choice for meals and drinks, restaurants and nice restaurants.

The location was PLEASANT, close enough to tourist attractions in Paris, the East train station and all the major sites. Our room was decent sized, compact, with excellent shower and the bedroom.

The location was great and fab in a very lively area, adjacent to tourist attractions in Paris and supermarkets. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Baignade de la Villette.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing space to unwind after a long day. Two particular highlights were the convenient proximity to public transportation, making it easy to navigate the city, and the availability of a variety of amenities that added to the overall comfort of the stay.

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. the walls of the hotel were paper-thin, and I could hear every conversation and noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Excellent value for money. Very close to metro and Canal de St Martin, with reasonable bistros close by, yet quiet and peaceful.

The staff was helfull. The hotel location is it very close to the metro station, but this station have limitted connection with the metro lines.

The size of the Shower is very small, so you can feel comfortable when you take shower, the Toilet should be more clean.

I had a fantastic experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near Metro stations, making it easy to explore the city, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the lack of soundproofing in the hotel was a bit bothersome.

The location is good. Not in the center but very close to the metro station. There are shops, market, and restaurants in the area. Hotel staff are friendly and kind. The room was clean with all basic needs

The facilities are quite old. Breakfast is bad - only croissants, bread and butters.

Few loud noises around 2am in the opposite building of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

The rooms were quite small and there was noticeable noise from the street at night. The lack of an elevator was also inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up the stairs.

Very unhelpful personnel. The reservation for the payment has been made 3 times in my account, however the personnel didn't bother to clarify anything. As a result, there is a sum double to that of the payment which is blocked in my account, I cannot use it until now and the hotel personnel did not respond to this problem in any way.
